Where can we ship to? 

Due to regulations set forth by various states, Global Wine and Spirits can only ship to the following states: 

Global Wine and Spirits will not ship liquor outside of NYS, and will ship wine to only the states shaded in blue. We apologize for any inconvenience.

What do I need to know when placing an order? 

To place an order with Global Wine and Spirits, you must first create an account.  When you create an account, your information will be processed through an age verification system to verify that you are 21 years of age. You MUST be 21 years of age to purchase any items from this website.

When an order in placed on our website, the funds from your credit card are held until an employee of Global Wine and Spirits reviews the order, insures the stock and pricing is correct, and that it is one our our legal shipping states.  Until this information is verified, your credit card will not be charged. 

Your order will be shipped out, generally the same day, via FedEx.  You will be emailed a tracking number the day that your order ships.  Please make sure somebody over the age of 21 is available at the address to accept and sign for the package. You WILL be asked to show ID.  We are unable to leave packages that have not been signed for. 

After you create an account, you can log in anytime and check out using your existing username. 

**The buyer assumes title of the wines once purchased. By arranging for transportation of the wine, we are providing a service to and acting on behalf of the purchaser. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import any wines into any state. The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of wine and other goods purchased and for determining the legality and the tax/duty consequences of having the wine shipped to him or her. We do apologize for the inconvenience if your state laws prevent us from servicing your area.
